Welcome

I’m just a guy who lives in Hoboken, NJ.  I am lucky to have a backyard up here (it’s pretty rare to have one in this town), and grew up in Texas, and have loved to BBQ since I was a kid.  Now I have two boys of my own, and recently got hooked on cooking on my Large Big Green Egg.  I decided to start this blog to share what I am learning, keep track of my recipes, and learn from the other great back yard chefs out there.  Thanks for stopping by!
